Shoofly Potpie

This is the quilt I finished last week. It was from Kim Diehls book. I altered the quilt a little but the inspiration came from the book. I have some homespun scraps I had gotten from a garage sale and have been looking for a scrappy project to use them in. I mixed in a few flannels and really like the finished quilt. I machine quilted it on my sewing machine using swirls.

That is beautiful. I have some old shirts of my dad's that might look done in that pattern. Nice, very nice.

This is very nice. I am planning to make something similar for an everyday cozy throw. I like the way how yours turned out.

Your Shoo Fly quilt looks great and looks like you did an excellent job on the quilting.

I just love the name Shoo Fly, but now I have that little ditty running around in my head...shoo fly, don't bother me, shoo fly don't bother me, shoo fly don't bother me cause I belong to company G. What is company G anyway?????
