After a few days of I should work on that binding I got it done. This quilt has been finished since January and was sitting in the closet waiting for binding. This is my third quilt finish for the year. The original quilt was in the July/ August Issue of Fons and Porter's Love Of Quilting. I got the pattern or enough information to make one of my own. I used my EQ to make a pattern. Looking at it now I wish I had made it bigger or at least longer more of a rectangle instead of just square. I guess I liked having the layout(barn raising I think) squared up and even. I love the colors. I like reds but on the orange side. I hung it on the rocker for now, looks good there.

I love this one. I have that Magazine, and now I'm motivated to give it a go! Good job, beautiful quilt.
I love this one! You did a beautiful job!
I love your quilt! Might have to add it to my always growing "to do" list.
Great finish!
Very nice, I look at all those triangles and CRINGE!! You're a brave woman.
It's perfect!!! I love it!!
Oh boy, what a lot of HSTs. The quilt is beautiful. The "barn raising" pattern suits the red color.
Its a beauty, that's for sure and it looks some comfy on the rocker.
Wow! I LOVE that one! I really like the hot & cold colors (reds & oranges in the halves vs. the greens and blues in the "birds") In my next life, I wanna be you.... :)
This is the first time I have seen your blog, and it is really beautiful. I think this is the nicest version of the Birds in the Air quilt that I have ever seen!
